Adolf Constantin BAUMGARTNER-STOILOFF [1850 Lintz-1924] Artist, born in Austria, graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna. He is renowned mostly for his  scenes with horses, representing the genre of typically Polish Landschaft, popular in the milieu of Polish artist working in Munich, such as Alfred Wierusz-Kowalski. These paintings Baumgartner had signed his pseudonym Constantin Stoiloff.
