Joseph Moseley BARBER - English painter. His first location was Birmingham and later Chelsea. He debiuted in 1859 in Fine Arts Society, where he exhibited two genre scenes "A lie" and "Mother admonition". He was a member of Royal Acadamy (1864-1878)  where he was presenting lanscapes and genre scenes.  His Birmingham colleagues were David Cox and John Pye.
